ScottFouloisQA: Have you guys seen any issues around Lava OCD2 not installing? Perhaps, people not having the ability to create Roth items?
logan00008: Ya the Lava OCD2 is having some issue installing.
ScottFouloisQA: How are people/agents determining that there is an issue? Just the Roth items or is the customer trying to get something else and it is not there?

logan00008: I doubt it, Roth items might be in the wrong file

logan00008: So when the customer goes to look for it, its not there.
ScottFouloisQA: If OCD2 does not install then the customer will not see Roth items in setup but they will see them in QuickBooks, then if they set one up and later launch setup I believe it should crash b/c it has no idea what those items are..........can you check around when you get a chance and see if we have seen this behavior?
ScottFouloisQA: I personally have had lots of problems with OCD2 installs

ScottFouloisQA: Thanks, I appreciate it....it is always better if we can show some actual customer impact to eliminate the possiblity of it only happening on our machines b/c they are contaminated form all of the builds we install. Tahns Mike
